I found the location convenient, situated close to the metro. The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and a helpful attitude. My room was clean upon arrival and was maintained to a high standard .

The hotel's location was very convenient. It was easy to reach Gare Montparnasse. I also liked that there were many young people in the area and restaurants with cheaper food options close by! The hotel was about 1km from aifel tower too.
My room smelled of mould, I noticed black mould in the shower grout so it did not feel clean. The bathroom door did not close fully and I could see directly into the shower from bed, this limited privacy. The wifi also didn't work..

the location was quite convenient near the segur metro station. several other metro stations, like sevres lecourbe, were within walking distance, a big plus. i found the walk to the eiffel tower manageable. the area maintained a quiet, local feel away from the main tourist crowds, so it was very calm at night.
i only received two small bottles of water upon arrival. considering my four-night stay, it was not enough. bringing extra water is a good idea especially if arriving late.

the hotel had a modern decor that i found pretty nice. coffee and tea provisions in my room were definitely a plus to start my day. the provision of these amenities added convenience to my stay, which i greatly appreciated.

the hotel is close to the segur metro station , made traveling easy. the eiffel tower and unesco are around the corner so i got to visit them. this made it very easy for me to navigate the city.

the location had a metro stop right outside. the room was a decent size and quiet. i found the bathroom nice also, and breakfast was good.
the key didn't work when i returned one evening. a new lady at reception wasn't helpful. she made it seem i had the wrong room and the cleaner came into my room without knocking earlier in the day.

i found THE location very convenient, around a twenty-minute walk to the eiffel tower. the staff was nice and helpful. late checkout at twelve pm was a plus. i liked having more time before departing.
the bed felt quite uncomfortable. it made it hard to sleep well. my back ached by the third day.

I liked the nearby metro station. It was just 50 meters from the hotel. The room was very clean too. I appreciated the daily cleaning service, it was very good.
Some staff were extraordinarily rude. Also being treated as stranger every morning even after a week. Also despite paying IN FULL had to pay another "deposit" which still has not been returned. My money spends green like anyone else. I promise if you visit my country I will.
